- Paving Layer 1: Street closes at 6:00 AM Wednesday, May 6
No vehicles on street after 6:00 AM
Re-open end of day - Paving Layer 2: Street closes at 6:00 AM Wednesday, May 20
No vehicles on street after 6:00 AM
Re-open May 21
Whidbey Way CLOSED April 30 through May 8, May 21 and May 22
Other Reminders
- STAY HOME IF POSSIBLE. Trinidad Way should be closed only a day at a time. It may be easier for you to just stay home.
- When parking on IW Circle please park on the ‘inside lane’, the lane closest to the sidewalk.
- Golf Cart Owners – Offer to transport neighbors who need help getting to and from their cars.
- Dump trucks will travel on IW Circle. Those huge dump trucks take up lots of space on the roads.
- Use the ‘Back Exit Gate’ whenever possible to avoid congestion
- The sand on the pavers at the Front Gate helps protect the pavers from oily residue on dump truck tires.
- No heavy trucks on new asphalt for 30 days. (Moving vans, trucks with stabilizers, roof tile deliveries, etc)

Before Work Begins
- Think about where you plan to move your car the night before work begins on Trinidad Way ‑ Town Center Circle, parking lots, IW Circle, NOT Gas Station Lot
- Stop all deliveries and services: Amazon, FedEx, Food Delivery, Cleaning, Pool, Handyman and Other Contractors
- Reschedule appointments if you cannot walk to where you parked your car
- Buy groceries in advance
- Think ahead about any travel plans and handling your luggage
- Read your emails every day
- PLAN TO STAY HOME IF POSSIBLE
On Construction Days
- STAY HOME IF POSSIBLE
- Streets close at 6:00 a.m.
- Move your car the night before work begins on Trinidad Wayt ‑ Town Center Circle, parking lots, IW Circle, NOT Gas Station Lot
- Carry an umbrella at all times to and from your car
- Golf Cart Owners – Offer to transport neighbors who need help getting to and from their cars.
- NO DRIVING & NO PARKING ON STREET - Tell Your Contractors, Vendors, Visitors, Movers, etc.
- DO NOT WALK ON THE STREET

ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO GET THE KIDS TO BUS / SCHOOL
ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO GET TO WORK - NO GARBAGE PICKUP ON AFFECTED WEDNESDAYS
- KEEP KIDS, DOGS, CATS, BICYCLES, SCOOTERS, GOLF CARTS ON THE SIDEWALK
