COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES AND GOVERNING AMENDMENTS
Modifications to existing regulation procedures were accepted by the BoD June 2023
The Compliance Committee and Compliance Officer requested to
modify the following regulations making them a first and only
notice to correct immediately. Violation letters will be sent
informing the resident of the violation date. type and reiterating
the violation rule. The resident will also be notified of
amount of fine and due date.
Resident inquiries will be managed by the Compliance Officer.
Violations-Class I = $100.00 fine
- Roof Tiles placed in exterior of private property
Violation-Class II = $50.00 fine
- Garbage Bins placed at street outside of approved hours
- Garbage Bins not stored in garage
- Household Items placed at street prematurely for Wednesday pickup
- Residential Vehicles parked blocking walkways
- Residential Vehicles parked on grass
- Residential Vehicles parked on wrong side of street
- Hurricane Shutters placed on the house before June 1st or after November 30th

On the first occurrence of one of these violations, the offender will receive notice to correct the violation or incur a fine. On a subsequent occurrence of the same violation, the offender will receive notice of the fine. There is no time limit established between violations. The appeal process for a fine has not changed. There are some examples in the HELP file, which may speak to the motivation of the change.
