Personalized Credentials Are Now Required For Amenity Access
A resident may purchase a maximum of 3 FOB’s and/or Phone
credentials
(in any combination) at the Town Center office.

Personalized FOB’s or Phone credentials are now required to access the resort pool, lap pool, racquet sports courts, fitness center, post office (after hours between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am), and some of the Town Center doors after hours. A FOB is a small plastic device which fits on a keychain – bring it close to the locking mechanism to unlock it. Phone credentials are an app which will provide an unlocking button when you approach the lock.
You must bring your Driver’s License / ID, and if you are purchasing a phone credential, you MUST bring your phone. FOBS are $10.00 each and phone credentials are $15.00 each, payable only by check or card. NO CASH will be accepted.
