A FOB is a small plastic device that can be placed onto a key ring. It contains a chip similar to your credit card. When placed in proximity to a reader, the chip identifies the person holding the FOB and the reader decides whether to unlock the gate/door to permit entry.

You may also purchase an app for your iPhone or Android phone that will identify you and the gate you are at, along with a button to unlock the gate.

You are allowed a maximum of three purchases in any combination.

When exiting the Main (Resort) Pool or the Laps Pool, you do not need a FOB or an app – just approach one of the devices shown in the picture and move your hand close to it until it blinks green.

    • Safer Searches conducts an Internet search while submitting less identifying information about you.
  • IslandWalk accesses the CONCUR website and a few things about IslandWalk.
  • Newsletters accesses recent weekly and monthly e-blasts from Castle Group, as well as some articles of particular significance.
  • Information groups pages of interest primarily within the Naples area, including:
    • Telephone Numbers displays interesting telephone numbers.
    • Interactive Maps maps interesting places both local and around the hemisphere.
    • News Weather etc. directly access popular categories of mostly‑external sites.
  • More Sites accesses even more categories of local and internet pages in sets for display or visiting.
